Bike and Scooter Rental Pickup & Return Checklist

1. Confirm the booking details before your store visit

Call or WhatsApp with your dates and preferred type of vehicle. Confirm that a suitable ride is available, agree on your collection time and ask when it needs to be returned. Keep the store’s contact number available in case your arrival plans change.

• Vehicle type and current availability.
• Collection date, time and store address.
• Return date and time.
• Daily rental, deposit arrangement and applicable rental terms.

A message asking about a vehicle does not automatically reserve it. Wait for the team to confirm the arrangement before relying on it for a time-sensitive journey.

2. Bring the required documents

A valid driving licence is mandatory. We do not give a rental vehicle without one. Bring your Aadhaar card with address proof, and ask the store beforehand if you have a question about verification.

The pickup point is House No. 239, Street No. 19, Smriti Nagar, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020. Arrange your own travel to the store. Store collection is required. Customers must come to the Smriti Nagar store to collect the vehicle; station, hotel and home delivery are not offered.

3. Review the vehicle and handover details with the team

Before leaving, ask the team to go through the vehicle’s condition and controls with you. Choose a vehicle you are comfortable and licensed to ride. If something about the vehicle or its operation is unfamiliar, resolve the question at the store.

• Review the visible condition and note any existing marks with staff.
• Check the fuel level and agree on the fuel arrangement for return.
• Confirm which keys and other items are handed over.
• Ask about any distance limit, late-return condition or other charge in the rental terms.
• Make sure you have the contact number to use during the rental.

Keep a record of the agreed handover details. If you would like photographs of the vehicle’s starting condition, take them during the handover so any questions can be discussed immediately.

4. Contact the store when your plans change

If you need more time, contact the team before the agreed return deadline. Do not assume that an extension or a different return location is automatically accepted. Explain your situation and confirm the updated arrangement.

If a key is lost or the vehicle has a problem, contact the store directly for the next step. Keep the rental terms and contact details accessible rather than waiting until the return visit to raise the issue.

5. Complete the return handover

Plan enough time to return the vehicle at the agreed location and time. Bring back the keys and any other items issued to you. Review the condition and fuel level with the team and discuss any outstanding part of the rental.

Ask how the security deposit is handled after the return checks. A deposit is separate from the rental charge; its amount and the applicable conditions are shared by the store. Do not treat it as a discount on the daily rate.

Keep the final plan simple

Know where you are collecting, when you are returning, what documents to bring and what costs have been agreed. These details matter more than a complicated booking process, especially when your rental needs to fit around work, a visit or onward travel.
