An Original Id (Aadhaar, Pan, and Passport) needs to be submitted at time of the Pick-Up.
Late Return fee would be daily basis rent.

Time for one day rent is 24 hours. We give buffer of 1 hours post 24 hours for returning the bike. Post 1 hour, half day rental (12 hours) will be charged.
Any kind of damage will be charge from Advance Amount.
Any kind of fine charge in between your hold (Drive) will be Charge on you.
All Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode within 5- 7 working days.
Bhilai Rental reserves the right to charge a violation penalty on the rider.
If Helmet is not returned or damaged Rs 800 will be charged on Rider.
Extra Helmet is charged Rs 70/Day.
If Key is lost by rider Rs 500 will be charged on Rider.
Security deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded back to the rider subjected there is no extra cost incurrence during the trip.
If the Vehicle is booked for Monthly basis, charges will be subjected for the whole month. Vehicle can be returned within any day of the month or at the end of the month.
Insurance Claim will only be taken in case the estimate is above INR 20000. In Case of Repair estimate is less than INR 20000/- the customer has to bear (The amount which is not covered under insurance claim, Rental Amount for the number of days taken for repair)
Entire Claim Amount has to be paid by customer upfront. Bhilai Rental will refund the amount claimed under Insurance to the customer, as when claim process is completed.
No cost will be charged to customer if caused by vehicle failure & full cost to be charged to customer if caused by User negligence.
Bhilai Rental does not provide fuel. The tariff mentioned is exclusive of fuel. Bhilai Rental provides one litre fuel while booking of vehicle and expects the rider to return the same amount of fuel while returning the vehicle.
In case there is excess fuel in the vehicle at the time of return, Bhilai Rental is not liable for any refunds for the same. In case there is shortage of fuel in the vehicle, the fuel charges as applicable have to be borne by the rider.
Any misconduct with the station executive by the rider under the influence of alcohol or otherwise will result in cancellation of booking. The rider will not be liable to any refunds in such case.
Total KM limit allowed: Daily = 100km and Monthly = 2500km. Any Exceeding KM both in Daily or Monthly will be chargeable at Rs 3/KM. For Ex: You book a Bike for 1 Day and drove 120 KM, Extra 20km for the day will be chargeable excluding the bike rent.
Security deposit of Rs 1000 would be kept for 2 day of bike rent. If the bike is booked for more than 2 days, security amount would be same as that of the rental amount.
Tire Puncture is not included in the Internal Issue of the bike.
If Bhilai Rental logo on the vehicle is removed / replaced, Rs 500 would be charged on the rider.
If there is any irregularity found with respect to Traffic Law not being followed or involvement of unethical and unlawful method with the rented bike, rider would be responsible for it and will be held liable for any consequences.
